Keep track of your migraine medication days

Record what you took, when you took it and what happened afterwards, then bring the summary to your clinician. Migrelle provides tracking and information only; it does not tell you to start, stop or change a medicine.

What you can record

Add a medicine name, dose and a broad kind: prescription, over-the-counter or supplement. Log an intake on its own or link it to an attack, and set a local reminder. Treatment Lab can ask short questions 2 and 24 hours after a linked intake and shows a per-medicine card after enough attempts. Migrelle does not classify medicines as acute or preventive.

Medication-day counts and overuse awareness

The monthly gauge counts distinct calendar days with any recorded intake, including supplements, and shows an indicative 10-day marker. This is deliberately a simple awareness count, not a diagnosis or a medicine-specific threshold. The ICHD-3 uses different criteria depending on medication and clinical context; discuss your actual medicines and frequency with a doctor.
