Migrelle vs Bearable: dedicated migraine tracker or general symptom tracker?

Bearable is a broad symptom, mood and wellbeing tracker; Migrelle is built around migraine attacks, medication days and a neurologist-facing summary. People managing several conditions may value Bearable’s breadth, while those wanting a focused migraine flow may value Migrelle’s narrower structure.

Quick comparison

Both apps are available on iPhone and Android and offer free tracking with paid insight features. Bearable connects many kinds of daily factors and outcomes. Migrelle centres the timeline on attacks, adds automatic pressure context and generates a migraine-specific PDF on the phone.

One condition or everything

Bearable supports custom symptoms, mood, energy, sleep, nutrition, bowel movements, health measurements and other factors. That common daily record can be useful when several conditions overlap. Migrelle uses migraine-specific fields such as aura, head regions, pain type, attack timing and linked treatment follow-ups.

Logging during an attack

Migrelle can save a minimal attack in two taps and leave every detail for later. Bearable’s configurable check-in is designed to record symptoms and factors across the day. We have not assigned a tap count to Bearable because its home screen and chosen categories are configurable.

Correlations and insights

Bearable’s free tier documents 30-day trends and a comparison graph; Premium adds correlation reports and longer periods. Its support page says local weather does not sync automatically and can instead be entered as a factor. Migrelle’s trigger view counts tags on attacks and adds time and automatic barometric-pressure patterns. Both show associations, not causes.

Reports for appointments

Bearable offers CSV export and documents sharing charts or screenshots with a medical team. Migrelle builds a fixed 90-day migraine PDF with diary totals and medication days; Premium adds monthly, calendar and attack tables. Migrelle does not calculate MIDAS or HIT-6.

Privacy

Bearable’s privacy policy says it does not sell personal data, uses Google Cloud Platform in the EU and uses services including Facebook SDK for advertising-campaign measurement. Migrelle keeps readable records in an encrypted local database and offers end-to-end encrypted backup. Its remaining analytics and attribution channels are disclosed on the private-tracker page.

Which one fits you

Consider Bearable if you want one flexible diary for multiple symptoms, mood, sleep and wellbeing, or need CSV for your own analysis. Consider Migrelle if you want an attack-first migraine flow, automatic pressure context, medicine-day awareness and a migraine-specific PDF.
