Appointments often begin with practical questions: how many migraine days, how severe were they, what medication was taken, and what followed? Migrelle turns the entries you already made into a consistent 90-day summary. Track normally; generate the report when you need it.
What the report contains
The free PDF covers days with entries, days with lost function, migraine and symptom-free days, average recorded severity, medication days, the three most-used trigger tags, pressure context, active medicines with doses and Treatment Lab counts where enough attempts exist. Premium adds a month-by-month table, a day calendar and an attack table; you may also choose to include the last five treatment timelines. The range is a fixed 90 days.

What the report is — and is not
The PDF summarizes the data you entered. It does not calculate MIDAS or HIT-6, grade a condition, diagnose migraine or recommend treatment. Missing entries remain missing, and a frequently tagged factor is still only an association. Bring the report to a clinician who can interpret it with your history.
