A migraine tracker designed for the moment you actually have a migraine
Migrelle is an iPhone and Android migraine tracker for people who need a log that still works when looking at a screen is difficult. Start an attack in seconds, add context later, and turn what you recorded into patterns and a report for an appointment. It is free to start.
Log an attack in seconds
Open the dimmed quick-log screen from the centre LOG button and tap Save: a minimal entry takes two taps. Pain intensity is optional, and an “attack ongoing” switch can keep the timer running. If you choose, Migrelle also changes to a warmer, darker comfort theme while an attack is open.
Add the details when you can
When you are able, add the start and end time (or leave the end unknown), pain from 0–10, affected head areas, pain type, aura, symptoms, possible-trigger tags, medication and a note. An intake linked to the attack can prompt short follow-ups after 2 and 24 hours, so you can record what happened without completing a long form during the attack.
See your patterns and possible triggers
From three recorded attacks, Migrelle can show when attacks tend to occur and how often your chosen trigger tags appear. Premium views add the trigger ranking and pressure context; the calculations run on your phone. These are associations in your own entries, not proof of a cause. Daily Pulse can record sleep, stress and other day factors, but those factors are not currently correlated with attacks. Read the fuller guide to interpreting migraine patterns.
Keep count of medication days
Keep a list of prescription medicines, over-the-counter products and supplements, add doses and set local reminders. The monthly gauge counts distinct days on which any intake was logged and places that count beside an indicative 10-day marker. It does not apply different thresholds by medicine class, so use the number as a prompt for a conversation with your doctor.
A report for your appointment
Generate a 90-day PDF with migraine days, symptom-free days, average severity, medication days, commonly tagged triggers and your medication list. Premium adds monthly, calendar and attack-detail tables. See exactly what the Migrelle report contains.
Private by design
Your diary works offline and its local database is encrypted. An account is optional for logging. Premium encrypted backup is end-to-end encrypted with a recovery code held by you. Migrelle has no ads and does not sell health data. The plain-language privacy overview explains the remaining analytics and service data.
